เริ่มแล้ว! พิธีเปิดงานประชุมสัมมนาทางวิชาการและแสดงนิทรรศการนานาชาติ 2023 IEEE PES 15th Asia-Pacific Power and Energy Engineering Conference (APPEEC 2023) ภายใต้ธีม Transition towards Carbon Neutrality, Sustainability and Flexibility for Future Energy จัดขึ้นครั้งแรกในไทย ระหว่างวันที่ 6-9 ธันวาคม 2023 ที่โรงแรมแมริออท จังหวัดเชียงใหม่
โดยภายในงานประชุมสัมมนาทางวิชาการในครั้งนี้ มี Keynote Speech เรื่อง Transition towards Carbon Neutrality, Sustainability and Flexibility for Future Energy โดย Dr.Jessica Bian, President, IEEE Power & Energy Society (PES) และการอภิปรายเรื่อง Hydrogen, Electric Vehicles, Smart City, Power Quality Issues, Blockchain for Future Smart Grid, Digital Substation, Reactive Power Management (OPEN-VQ), Cybersecurity in Power Grids, Alternative Gas Insulation for Sustainable Power System, Women in Power for Initiative Power Transformation and Sustainability และ Distributed Energy Resources เป็นต้น
APPEEC 2023 มีการบรรยายพิเศษในรูปแบบ Oral Presentation ด้านไฟฟ้าและพลังงานมากกว่า 150 บทความ โดยมีผู้ร่วมบรรยายจากประเทศต่าง ๆ กว่า 30 ประเทศ
รวมถึงมีการบรรยายพิเศษในรูปแบบ Tutorial, Special Session และบทความรับเชิญจากหน่วยงานการไฟฟ้า ฯ และการแสดงนิทรรศการด้านไฟฟ้าและพลังงาน
