PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP), represented by Mr. Chayong Borisuitsawat (right), Executive Vice President, Domestic Production Asset Group, presented 14.99 million Baht to Mr. Jatuporn Buruspat (left), Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MNRE). The contribution will support the procurement of equipment for wildfire prevention and mitigation, aiming to reduce the environmental and public health impacts caused by wildfires and haze pollution. The handover ceremony was presided over by Dr. Chalermchai Sri-on (center), Minister of the MNRE, and took place at the Department of Climate Change and Environment in Bangkok.
This contribution is part of a broader collaboration under the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the MNRE and PTTEP, signed in 2024. The MoU aims to promote the conservation, restoration, and sustainable management of natural resources, the environment, and biodiversity through the application of advanced technology.
